Material Handler

ROLE:

• Material Handler LOCATION: Erlanger, KY (Cincinnati metro) BASE PAY: $23.00 – $25.00/hour The Role This is a full-time, first shift position on the shop floor and in the warehouse.
• You’ll pull and kit parts for our assembly teams, deliver them to work stations, and keep our inventory records accurate in our ERP system.
• You’ll move material with carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts, and help with shipping and receiving.
• You’ll work alongside production operators and report to the VP of Manufacturing, with shop leadership close by to help throughout your shift.
• If you like staying busy and keeping things organized, this job is a good fit, and we’ll train you on the equipment.

• What You’ll Be Doing Pull and kit parts from the warehouse so assemblers have everything they need before they start Deliver materials to work stations using carts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts Restock hardware bins at work stations Enter inventory moves and receipts in our ERP system and complete cycle counts Receive, pack, and stage shipments Flag shortages and damaged parts early, before they slow down production Keep aisles and work areas clean and safe, and help operators with non-production tasks Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times on the floor What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of warehouse, receiving, inventory, or material handling experience (manufacturing is a plus) Basic math skills, comfort with a calculator and tape measure, and the ability to enter data into a computer accurately Willingness and ability to operate a forklift.

We’ll train and certify you, and prior experience is a plus ERP or inventory system and cycle count experience is a plus, but not required Ability to read and write English well enough to follow work orders, labels, and safety signs Ability to stand and walk throughout a shift and lift up to 50 pounds, with team lifts or equipment for heavier items Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, with a team-first attitude What’s in It for You $23.00 – $25.00/hour Monday through Thursday, first shift, 6:
