Job description
Required Skills:
• Experience with IBM DB2 V12 or higher.
• Candidate must have demonstrated experience working with application teams to build and maintain data propagation solutions - using "IBM InfoSphere Replication Server"
• Experience with CICS transaction server.
• Ability to author REXX scripts.
• Ability to troubleshoot assembler code.
• Installation, configuration, and tuning of new DB2 databases.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with DB2 embedded within COBOL programs
• Ability to perform all database admin duties (backup/recovery, reorgs, DB trouble shooting).
• Performance tuning at a DB2 system level or individual SQL statements/procedures.
• Knowledge of the Oracle Transparent Gateway product
