Role: Oracle Fusion Consultant
Location: Boca Raton, FL 33431 (Onsite Position & In-person interview)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Note: We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Consultant who is in Miami/Boca Raton Area. Looking for candidate who are no more than 3 hours away. This is a 18-20 month contract. no sub vending.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant to support a large-scale transformation from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud. This individual will play a key role in the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financials, partnering with business stakeholders and the implementation team to ensure a successful deployment.
The ideal candidate will have multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experiences, strong functional expertise in Financials modules, and prior experience supporting enterprise ERP transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials as part of an Oracle EBS to Fusion migration.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Financials modules to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with business users, project teams, and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide functional guidance during design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Assist with issue resolution, user adoption, and system stabilization following implementation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Financials best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Oracle Financials experience.
- Minimum of 3 full Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge of:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Fixed Assets
- Project Accounting
- Asset Accounting
- Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials implementations from requirements gathering through go-live.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion functionality with the ability to discuss technical concepts when needed.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Previous experience working alongside KPMG or other major implementation partners.
- Large enterprise ERP transformation experience.
- Post-go-live support and stabilization experience.
- Experience contributing to solution design and business process improvement initiatives.
Project Details:
- Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation.
- Focused on Financials modules, including GL, AP, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting.
- Oracle HCM has already been migrated to the cloud.
- Target go-live: April 2028.
- Opportunity to support post-production stabilization following implementation.
