Location: Littleton, CO
Pay: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, or until the work is completed

Position Overview

We are seeking a Bench Welder to join a growing manufacturing operation in Littleton. This is a hands-on production welding position focused on manufacturing steel and aluminum gate frames.

This is a bench welding position — NOT a fitter/fabricator role. Candidates should have a solid understanding of basic welding techniques and be comfortable working in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and aluminum components
• Cut and prepare parts for welding
• Weld individual components together to create frames for steel and aluminum gates
• Read and follow basic measurements, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect completed welds and assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production standards
• Perform other general production duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous bench welding experience required
• Basic MIG and TIG welding experience
• Experience welding both steel and aluminum preferred
• Ability to accurately cut, fit, and weld components
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment interview and weld test
• This position is intended for someone with solid foundational welding skills; you do not need to be a welding expert

Schedule & Compensation

• $25.00/hour
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• End time may vary depending on workload and completion of daily production
• 30-minute lunch
• Two 15-minute breaks
• Temp-to-Hire opportunity for the right candidate

Required Tools & PPE

• Steel-toe boots required
• Candidates must provide their own welding hood and welding gloves
• All other required PPE will be provided
