Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.50–$18.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM

What’s a typical day as Press Apprentice? You’ll be:

• Assisting press operators with set-up, clean-up, job changes, and pre-staging as needed
• Ensuring pressrooms are clean and stocked with necessary materials
• Attending to paper staging areas when required
• Receiving and implementing training and feedback from supervisors and experienced team members

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess experience or interest in operating machines, tools, and computers
• Are detail-oriented with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Can identify issues, evaluate options, and implement solutions effectively
• Demonstrate good manual dexterity and the ability to lift up to 50–60 pounds and push/roll 300–800 pounds with a pallet jack
• Are comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks such as reaching, twisting, bending, and stretching
• Can distinguish colors and have excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
• Are able to pass pre-employment screening, including drug testing
• Have good interpersonal and customer service skills, working well with a variety of people
