Position Summary

The Accounting Admin. has essential functions including full cycle Accounts Payable, credit card reporting, job costing, and payroll for hourly employees.

Skill Requirements

• Previous full cycle A/P experience
• Project Accounting- Ability to code credit card and sub-contractor costs to a job
• Hourly payroll and time tracking experience
• Excel proficiency
• Strong communication
• High level of organization

Compensation & Benefits

Your compensation will vary by experience level. This can be discussed during the first interview.

Base Salary Maximum: $70000 per year

Base Salary Minimum: $60000 per year
