Join a physician-owned Emergency Medicine group serving the community for more than 30 years. This 24-physician practice offers a proven partnership track, strong compensation growth, and a schedule designed for work-life balance.
Schedule
- 16 shifts per month
- 8-hour shifts
- Typical schedule includes 14 day shifts and 2 night shifts
- Limited overnight responsibilities
- Dedicated team of 4 Nocturnists
Compensation
- $325,000 salary in Year 1
- $350,000 salary in Year 2
- Partnership beginning in Year 3
- Average partner compensation of approximately $450,000
Additional Incentives
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- $50,000 commencement bonus
- Up to $14,000 relocation assistance

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
- Completion of an Emergency Medicine residency program
- Emergency Medicine-trained physicians only
- No visa sponsorship available
