Location: Louisville, KY (On-site, Monday–Friday)
CORY is hiring a Vice President of People Operations with a strong background in multi-state HR leadership. This is an incredible opportunity for a strategic, operationally strong HR executive looking to take their career to the next level with a growing real estate organization.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
Partner with the Chief People Officer to carry out the People strategy and company-wide initiatives
Lead core HR operations: employee relations, HR business partnership, performance management, policy, investigations, and compliance
Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, performance, conflict resolution, and change management
Lead and develop the Benefits and Payroll teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a strong employee experience
Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local employment law across a multi-state footprint
Lead complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations with discretion and sound judgment
Improve HR processes, systems, and service delivery to support growth
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including broad generalist responsibility
Deep expertise in employee relations, employment law, performance management, and HR operations
Experience leading Benefits and Payroll functions
Multi-state compliance and multi-site or hourly-workforce experience strongly preferred
Real estate, hospitality, healthcare, or multi-unit retail backgrounds welcome
Proven ability to partner with and influence executive leadership
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent preferred
Ability to work on-site in Louisville, KY, Monday–Friday
Perks and Benefits You’ll Receive:
Base salary of $190k - $225K plus a 20–25% bonus
