That's why we encourage learning, growth, and trying new things-even if you don't have all the answers yet.Our culture is rooted in fierce determination, fearless integrity, and passionate service-but we also like to keep things collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth.We're looking for people who:Are curious and excited about technologyLike solving problems and figuring things outCan take initiative but also enjoy working with a teamWant to keep learning, growing, and challenging themselvesIf you're someone who's eager to jump in, learn something new, and make an impact-you'll fit right in here.ResponsibilitiesProvide design of technical solutions, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, reliable, and built on nonproprietary, open-standard codeCreate and maintain a Detailed Software Development Modernization Plan (SDMP) that outlines branching strategy, code review processes, and CI/CD integrationWrite, test, and maintain clean, efficient, and secure source code in the government-owned GIT-based repository and shall actively participate in mandatory peer code reviewsEnsure all developed code passes all automated quality and security scans (e.g., SAST), with all new Blocker, Critical, or High findings remediated prior to task completionResponsible for identifying, reporting, analyzing, and executing the remediation of technical debt as prioritized and assigned by the governmentResearch, prototype with, and mentor team members in the use of emergent technologies, including but not limited to AI/ML, low-code/no-code platforms, automation, and AI-assisted coding toolsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fieldExperience with Angular and Spring BootTesting with Jest and JUnitGreat communication and organizational skillsFive (5) years of prior experience in a similar roleDoD 8570 Level II/III certificationActive Security Clearance RequiredIPTA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
