Summary of Job Description:
The Senior Data Analyst serves as an analytics partner supporting Corporate Finance, Strategy, and Operations Finance through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, AI, and business intelligence solutions. This role is responsible for helping develop and enhancing AOP, forecasting, scenario planning, and decision-support models while leveraging Alteryx, machine learning, regression analysis, and data science techniques to identify business opportunities and help drive performance. The Senior Data Analyst partners closely with cross-functional business and technology teams to design, automate, and implement scalable reporting, analytics, and visualization solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights. Additionally, this position lworks on special projects, conducts complex ad hoc analyses, promotes best practices in analytics and automation, and serves as a subject matter expert in Alteryx, Power BI, and emerging analytical technologies to advance the organization's Analytics Center of Excellence (COE).
Job Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the development of advanced analytics solutions using Alteryx, machine learning, AI, regression modeling, and predictive forecasting to support Corporate Finance, Strategy, and Operations Finance decision-making.
- Develops, enhances, and maintains AOP, forecasting, scenario planning, and long-range financial models that drive business planning and performance management.
- Develops scalable reporting and self-service analytics solutions through Power BI, including data model design, data source development, dashboard creation, performance optimization, and visualization best practices.
- Analyzes large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers across the P&L
- Conducts ad hoc analysis, executive reporting, and special projects that support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and evolving business needs.
- Oversees and supports special projects involving advanced analytics, predictive modeling, process automation, AI applications, business case development, and strategic business initiatives.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for Alteryx and advanced analytics capabilities by partnering with vendors, facilitating training and knowledge-sharing sessions, evaluating new technologies, and ensuring alignment between platform capabilities and business objectives.

Your background and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics or related business field required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum five years of experience in data analysis, analytics, statistics, data science or related field, with three years of experience on large, complex data sets
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
Pay Range: P3: $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
