Position: Rubber Trimmer / Manufacturing Associate

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Pay: $20.50-$21.00 per hour | DOE | Weekly Pay

Shift: 1st Shift

Schedule: M-F - 6am-2:30pm
Job Summary
As a Rubber Trimmer, you will work in a manufacturing production environment, using small scissors and precision hand tools to remove excess rubber material (flash) from molded rubber parts produced by press machines.

This position requires excellent hand dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive, precise trimming work while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Trim excess rubber (flash) from molded rubber parts using small scissors and hand tools.
  
• 
  Inspect finished rubber components for defects, excess material, and quality.
  
• 
  Perform detailed trimming, deburring, and finishing of manufactured parts.
  
• 
  Handle small rubber components with accuracy and precision.
  
• 
  Follow written and verbal production instructions.
  
• 
  Maintain production quality and efficiency.
  
• 
  Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
  
• 
  Follow all manufacturing and workplace safety procedures.
  

Qualifications

• 
  Previous manufacturing, production, trimming, or assembly experience preferred.
  
• 
  Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required.
  
• 
  Ability to use small scissors and precision hand tools.
  
• 
  Excellent attention to detail when working with small parts.
  
• 
  Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and detailed trimming tasks.
  
• 
  Ability to follow instructions and meet quality standards.
  
• 
  Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  
• 
  Experience with rubber molding, plastic trimming, deburring, or quality inspection is a plus.
