Estate Planning & Tax Attorney
- Full-time
Estate Planning & Tax Attorney
On-Site | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $80,000–$115,000/year | Fort Lauderdale, FL
About the Role You'll handle estate planning and tax work for individuals, families, and business owners. Many are high-net-worth, and some are foreign investors who came to us through our immigration practice. You'll design the plan, draft the documents, and be the attorney clients work with directly.
This isn't a wills-and-simple-trusts practice, and it isn't probate litigation. It's planning work: irrevocable trusts, estate tax strategy, business succession, and cross-border structuring for clients with assets in more than one country. We're flat-fee, so there's no billable hour requirement. If you want to build a sophisticated planning practice, there's room to do it here as the firm grows.
Relevant Backgrounds: Estate Planning Attorney · Trusts & Estates Associate · Tax Attorney · Private Client Attorney · Wealth Planning · Business Succession · Probate & Trust Attorney
