Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
10+ years of IT experience with strong technical delivery background.
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Strong hands-on expertise in:
- .NET Framework / .NET Core
- C#
- ASP.NET / Web APIs
- SQL Server
- Middleware and Integration Technologies
- Proven experience leading development teams while remaining technically hands-on.
