THE ROLEThe Sales Associate - Cannabis Budtender is the heart of the Bud's guest experience. This is a guest-facing, non-supervisory position responsible for helping guests navigate our products, completing accurate & compliant cannabis transactions, & creating the welcoming, knowledgeable & hospitality-driven experience that keeps people coming back.You'll spend the majority of your shift directly interacting with guests - learning what they're looking for, answering product questions, completing transactions & helping maintain an organized, efficient & inviting retail environment.Budtenders are also one of our most important lines of defense when it comes to compliance. You'll be responsible for verifying information, maintaining transaction accuracy, protecting cannabis products & cash, & following all Company procedures & applicable cannabis regulations.This role requires curiosity.
