Software Engineer

Salary: $75,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship
• Hands-on coding experience
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and web or backend development concepts
• Ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively on an Agile software development team

Responsibilities:

• Work with experienced engineers on production applications, services, and modernization initiatives
• Build and improve full-stack applications, APIs, and microservices
• Develop software using Java, Python, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, and related technologies
• Use AI coding tools to assist with implementation, refactoring, testing, debugging, and documentation
• Help modernize and containerize existing applications
• Create automated unit and integration tests
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows and cloud deployments
• Troubleshoot applications with logs, documentation, and development tools
• Take part in technical design discussions, proofs of concept, code reviews, and Agile development
• Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and security and compliance partners

We are hiring an entry-level Software Engineer for a remote role. Compensation is $75,000–$80,000 in year one and $95,000 in year two.
