Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments
Build and maintain relationships with program managers, department stakeholders, Volunteer Services teams, volunteer leaders, and cross-functional partners
Consult with departments to identify workforce needs and determine volunteer engagement and recruitment strategies
Support recruitment plans, promote opportunities, and navigate volunteer workforce processes
Coordinate communications, meetings, briefings, presentations, and stakeholder updates
Manage and support Volunteer Connection activities, including position management, reporting, recruitment workflows, and volunteer engagement processes
Provide guidance on volunteer workforce policies, processes, and best practices
Support volunteer leaders and teams sustaining enterprise and global volunteer positions
Pull, analyze, and interpret volunteer workforce data
Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, briefing materials, and leadership updates
Monitor workforce trends, volunteer vacancies, recruitment activity, and engagement metrics
Partner with stakeholders to address challenges, identify opportunities, and improve volunteer utilization
Support enterprise initiatives, strategic projects, and Department Relationship Success priorities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
In-depth knowledge of program or service
Ability to create presentations and develop training modules
Excellent oral and communication skills, including training and presentations
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop project plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve organizational goals
Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills to develop creative processes for continuous program or service improvements
Intermediate-level proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to work on a team
Travel is minimal: 2-3 in-person meetings per year
Management experience cannot be substituted
