Physician opportunity in the Colorado Front Range for a provider interested in senior care, post acute medicine, and flexible facility based practice.

Opportunity highlights

• Facility based rounding across skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, memory care, rehab, and group home settings
• No clinic walls
• Full time or part time options
• Team model with APP partnership and RN, LPN, and MA triage support
• Broad Front Range coverage from Northern Colorado through the Denver area and Colorado Springs
• Strong fit for a physician who enjoys caring for medically complex seniors

Compensation and benefits

• $275,000-$350,000
• Uncapped wRVU upside
• Paid call and holiday coverage

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Comfort with post acute and facility based rounding
• Colorado license or willingness to obtain
