Store Associate
Location: Litchfield, CT
Schedule: Rotational Shifts 5 Working Days Per Week

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Store Associate to join our team in Litchfield, CT. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, supporting retail operations, stocking merchandise, and maintaining an organized store environment. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product information.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Assist customers with loading their purchases safely and efficiently.
• Stock products, organize merchandise, and maintain attractive displays.
• Monitor inventory and ensure accurate inventory management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow store standards.
• Perform cash-out procedures when required.
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
