Marketing Strategist

Essential Functions

• Demonstrate creativity and innovation in their work to benefit their customers/end users.
• Design and implement marketing strategies across a wide variety of mediums.
• Analyze marketing challenges and opportunities, resolving with creative, market driving solutions.
• Aid in the expansion and growth of customer base through marketing opportunities.
• Support Farm Bureau member benefits and marketing strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day production of in-house publications/promotional marketing.

Additional Responsibilities

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Education Level

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management required

Skills/Abilities

• Demonstrated written communication skills
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Expertise in social media platforms
• Electronic design and publishing

Experience

• 3 years: Marketing
