We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Vacation Planning Specialists to assist clients with creating personalized vacation experiences. This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity with flexibility to manage your schedule while developing skills in the travel industry.
What You'll Do
As a Vacation Planning Specialist, you will:
Learn about each client's vacation preferences, interests, and budget
Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, and vacation packages
Compare available travel options and supplier offerings
Create personalized vacation recommendations
Coordinate reservations and travel arrangements
Prepare organized itineraries and important travel information
Communicate with clients throughout the planning process
Provide support before, during, and after travel
Stay informed about destinations, promotions, and travel suppliers
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfortable researching information online
Ability to learn new technology and reservation platforms
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Genuine interest in travel and helping others

Compensation is based on eligible travel bookings and is not a guaranteed hourly wage or salary. Earnings vary based on individual booking activity and completed travel.
