Support development of APD narratives, budget documentation, Medicaid Detailed Budget Tables, and other CMS submission materials
Assist with OBP activities, including research, requirements gathering, document development, and procurement support
Research, analyze, and develop client deliverables, presentations, reports, and supporting documentation
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and project team members
Track action items, risks, issues, decisions, deliverables, and project milestones
Prepare and edit meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials
Manage project repositories, coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, and follow up on deliverables
Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development activities
Perform administrative and project coordination tasks efficiently and accurately
Support firm-wide initiatives, including knowledge sharing, internal process improvement, and business development efforts
Support state Medicaid agencies in planning, development, financing, implementation, and oversight of Medicaid programs and initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in related field; five years of applicable experience may be substituted for degree requirements
Experience developing clear, concise, and professional written deliverables, including reports, proposals, policies, business documents, or similar materials
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize competing deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders
Interest in Medicaid consulting, APD development, budgeting, procurement, project management, and related advisory services
Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn new concepts and technologies
25–50% on-site travel may be required, with possibility of additional travel based on client and project needs
