Medical Assistant

Floating required. No weekend shifts. No scheduling requests can be accommodated.

Experience needed: 1 year in an outpatient or ambulatory setting.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant diploma from a DAPIP-accredited program.
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC only).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Flu vaccine is required (no exemptions/no declinations).
• Experience with Epic EMR system is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks.
• Measure and record vital signs.
• Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
• Provide patient education and support.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
