Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 7 years of experience in computer programming or a similar industry
- Experience with C++, Java, LabVIEW, Python, or comparable programming languages
- Familiarity with Linux systems, including configuration, administration, or deployment
- Familiarity with network administration or programming in mixed Windows and Linux environments
- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams or mechanical drawings
- Ability or experience working with electro-mechanical systems
- Experience with logic controllers or similar programmable computing devices
- Experience in structural programming, controls, data acquisition, or jet engine testing preferred
- Valid drivers license and passport

- Ability to travel up to 30%
- At least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
Responsibilities:
- Develop test programs accurately and efficiently, and design, build, and maintain high-quality programs as part of the software team
- Apply software engineering best practices, including functional decomposition
- Coordinate with customers, manufacturers, and engineering colleagues to clarify procedures and test configurations, and support on-site installations, including travel
- Help develop new applications and test tools, assess emerging technologies, and research the feasibility, design, operation, and performance of systems
- Document and expand organizational expertise in testing, including jet engines, wind tunnels, and other data acquisition and control systems
- Manage time effectively and communicate resource use to help keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Track tools, time, and other work-related efforts during customer project installations
