Position: Foam Press Machine Operator

City: Goodyear, AZ

Range of Pay: $22

Shift: 2nd shift - 4:00pm - 12:30AM

Type: Temp-to-Hire
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a heated mold machine used to manufacture foam railing products.
• Load, position, and remove materials according to established production procedures.
• Follow work instructions and specifications to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain production expectations while prioritizing quality and safety.
• Keep the workstation and surrounding production area clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and required PPE guidelines.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and other production team members.
• Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.
• Work mandatory overtime when required based on production and business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, construction, assembly, or similar hands-on experience preferred.
• Construction experience is especially beneficial due to the hands-on nature of the position.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Dependable attendance and ability to report to work for an early morning shift.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
