We're hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipment scheduling, inventory tracking, and transportation coordination. This role serves as a key link between warehouse, operations, and clientsensuring on-time delivery, accurate records, and smooth communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule inbound and outbound shipments with carriers
• Track orders and inventory to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate transportation and resolve delivery issues
• Communicate updates to internal teams and external partners
• Maintain shipping records and documentation
• Support cross-functional teams with logistics planning and execution
• Ensure compliance with company and transportation regulations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in logistics software, Excel, and inventory systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Average Pay Rate: $25 $30 / Hour
