Warehouse Damage Associate

The Warehouse Damage Associate is responsible for identifying, inspecting, documenting, and processing damaged products within the warehouse while maintaining inventory accuracy and quality standards.

Essential Duties

• Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for damaged products.
• Identify, document, and report damaged inventory.
• Process damaged merchandise in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Separate and label damaged goods for return, disposal, or rework.
• Investigate the cause of product damage and report findings to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete damage reports.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse management software.
• Assist with loading, unloading, picking, and material movement when necessary.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or quality control experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to use computers, scanners, and warehouse systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.

Work Environment
