Process Engineering Manager
I am looking to hire a full-time Process Engineering Manager for a reputable manufacturing company here in Butler, WI (53007). This role will be permanent with benefits and is looking to interview/start immediately!
Pay: $130,000 $150,000 salary & Benefits Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Tuition, PTO, Holidays, etc. Schedule: 1st shift, M-F (8 hour shifts, 7am 3:30pm) Remote: No, 100% onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and manage the process engineering staff
- Through deployment of scientific molding principles, develop processes, work instructions, and techniques supporting Installation, Operational and Performance Qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ) and robust manufacture of specific products.
- Ensure process development, validation, and documentation activities comply with ISO 13485 and regulatory/customer requirements where applicable.
- Lead process qualification
- Compile engineering and design.
- Calculate data to develop cost estimates and quotations
- Prepare and validate data for electronic processing
- Develop processes and production standards
- Provide cross-functional technical support
