Cruise & Getaway Consultant

We are looking for a Cruise & Getaway Consultant to help clients research and book cruises, resort stays, and vacation packages. This role involves understanding client preferences, comparing vacation options, and guiding travelers through the reservation process. The consultant helps clients choose experiences suited to their interests, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Research cruise itineraries, cabin categories, resorts, and vacation packages
• Discuss travel preferences, dates, and budgets with clients
• Explain available options, inclusions, and supplier policies
• Prepare quotes and coordinate reservations
• Track deposits, payment deadlines, and booking details
• Market vacation-planning services and maintain client relationships

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Interest in learning about cruises, resorts, and destinations
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow through on client requests
