Role : COVEO Platform Support Engineer

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 production support for Coveo Search and Relevance Cloud platforms.
- Monitor search performance, indexing processes, and data synchronization.
- Troubleshoot search relevance, indexing failures, content ingestion, and security permission issues.
- Administer Coveo sources, query pipelines, machine learning models, connectors, APIs, and search interfaces.
- Support integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SAP, and custom applications.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and releases within defined SLAs.
- Maintain operational runbooks, support documentation, and knowledge articles.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with the Coveo Cloud Platform and Administration Console.
- Knowledge of crawling, indexing, facets, ranking, and search relevance optimization.
- Experience with Coveo APIs, REST services, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and log analysis.
- Exposure to Azure/AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Azure Monitor.
- Strong ITIL, incident management, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
