Own Your Impact from Day One
At GTC, every eligible full-time team member shares in our success. Through our Ownership For All program, you gain an ownership stake as soon as you join. Your results power our growth—and your own.
A Day in This Role
You start your morning walking the production floor, listening for changes in spindle tone, checking vibration logs, and reviewing last night’s maintenance tickets. A horizontal mill is due for a preventive alignment, a lathe flagged an encoder fault, and a grinder needs a lubrication check. By mid-day you’ve returned a downed machining center to service, documented the repair, ordered a replacement hydraulic pump, and coached an operator on best practices. Before you wrap, you verify laser linear checks and schedule a Renishaw ballbar test to lock in circularity.
What Success Looks Like
