Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Charlotte, NC | $100,000–$120,000 + bonuses

Galaxy ABA Therapy is hiring a BCBA for our Charlotte team. We provide in-home and community-based ABA for children with autism, and we're looking for a clinician who wants real time with clients and a team that backs them up. New BCBAs are welcome — you'll be paired with a lead BCBA mentor from day one.

The Role

• Write and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and train RBTs
• Train parents and caregivers in ABA strategies
• Track client progress and adjust goals using data

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification, or passing the exam within 60 days
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
• North Carolina LBA license, or eligibility to obtain one
