As a Tournament Security Officer, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring assigned areas, conducting foot patrols, and providing exceptional customer service to guests, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for preserving order, enforcing site regulations, and supporting a positive event experience for everyone involved.

If you have experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, food service, event staffing, or other customer-facing roles, you may already have many of the skills needed to succeed. If you're new to security, we'll provide the training and support necessary to help you excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned areas and maintain a safe and secure environment

• Enforce site rules, regulations, and procedures
• Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Availability to work 12-hour shifts throughout the event period
