Job description

WHY JOIN BALLARD MARINE CONSTRUCTION?

Ballard Marine Construction takes on the work others cannot or will not. As a specialty marine and underwater contractor, we solve complex problems across some of the most technically demanding infrastructure projects in North America.

We are built for the hard stuff. Our teams work on projects that demand technical depth, creativity, grit, and the confidence to make smart decisions when the path forward is not obvious. That is part of what makes Ballard different and why the people here take so much pride in the work. Our culture is just as intentional. We are competitive, accountable, collaborative, and serious about surrounding ourselves with people who want to contribute, improve, and win together. From the field to the office, everyone is expected to take ownership and bring something to the table.

If you want to be part of a company doing meaningful, challenging work with people who care about getting it right, Ballard is a place where you can build something real.
