Entry Level CDL-A Truck Driver

Paid training with a mentor for new CDL-A drivers, then per-mile pay on no-touch dry van freight.
10-4 Logistics USA is hiring no-experience CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van, paying $0.55-$0.69 per mile after 4 weeks of training.
What we can't promise: nights at home. This job keeps you out 2 weeks at a time.
Pay during training and after
- Mentor training paid at $650-$850 a week
- Per-mile pay of $0.55-$0.69 once training is done
- Your mentor rides with you while you learn the job
Your schedule and freight
Your schedule is over the road, and the loads are no-touch dry van, so unloading is not your job.
- OTR lanes, with your home time between runs
- Dry van trailers only
- Loads stay sealed for the customer to handle

What it takes to start
Recent CDL-school grads and new CDL-A holders are welcome, with no professional driving experience needed.
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean Driving Records
- DOT pre-employment drug test and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse enrollment (federal requirements)
- ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider
