Construction Inspector, 1099 Contractor, Lake Stevens, WA, US
NWM Risk Management is seeking an independent Construction Inspector to perform on-site inspections of construction projects in and around Lake Stevens, WA, US. This is a 1099 contract position, paid on a flat-rate basis according to project type.
What you will do: visit active job sites, document construction progress with photos and written reports, verify work against project requirements, and submit clear, accurate reports on schedule.
What we are looking for: comfort working independently and on site, reliable transportation, a smartphone or tablet for reporting, attention to detail, and strong written communication. Prior inspection or construction experience is welcome but not required.
