Job Summary (List Format) Data Analyst IT III

- Support a major HR systems migration from PeopleSoft to Workday (Project Sky Rise).
- Build, maintain, and validate custom Workday reports and analytics to meet HR business needs.
- Audit, reconcile, and ensure data integrity between PeopleSoft and Workday systems.
- Configure and manage Workday security roles and data access permissions for reporting.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and Accenture (implementation partner) throughout project and post-go-live support.
- Deliver polished analytics updates and status reports to executive leadership.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data mismatches and reporting anomalies.
- Apply 2+ years of hands-on experience in Workday reporting and Workday security configuration.
- Utilize strong data analytics and reconciliation skills, especially during HR system migrations.
- Leverage effective stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
- (Preferred) Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and previous PeopleSoft-to-Workday migrations.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced transformation project environment.
