Job description
Title: ETL Informatica Testing Engineer
Type: Contract
Location: Irvine, CA
Experience: 5-7
Validate end-to-end ETL and data warehouse processes using Informatica PowerCenter to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
Design and execute data testing strategies, perform source-to-target reconciliation, and support data migrations and production releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze ETL specifications and source-to-target mappings, and develop test cases for functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Execute complex SQL queries to validate data transformations, reconcile source and target data, and identify data quality issues.
- Track defects, support production deployments, and collaborate with ETL developers, data architects, and business stakeholders.
