Compensation: $65,000 annually
Shift/Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-site)

About the role:

PrideStaff is partnering with an established engineering manufacturer specializing in fluid connection systems, custom tubing, and electrical harnesses to find a creative and detail-oriented Design Engineer[cite: 1, 16]. In this role, you will lead product creation and process design, developing reliable components for demanding industrial and performance applications.

What you will do:

• Develop innovative product/process design solutions, conduct testing, and analyze process systems to meet timing, cost, and reliability targets.

• Draft manufacturing standards, research new technologies to improve product functionality, and collaborate directly with customers to meet custom specs.

• Assist with hands-on product assembly and prototype testing while maintaining quality management standards.

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Proficiency with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and experience maintaining or implementing Quality Management Systems.

• Strong complex problem-solving abilities, logic and reasoning skills, and the manual dexterity to assemble mechanical/electrical components.
