HCM M&A Program Manager - Workday and UKG
Our client is managing multiple M&A initiatives and seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead HCM integration and separation activities across Workday and UKG.
The role will coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors. The Program Manager will manage timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, stakeholder communications, and Day 1 readiness across multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred experience:
7+ years of program or project management experience
HCM implementation or transformation experience
Experience with Workday and/or UKG
M&A integration, divestiture, or carve-out experience
Strong executive communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Experience managing complex programs in fast-paced environments
