About the Role
We're looking for a confident, patient-focused professional to guide patients through treatment decisions and support front office operations. You'll own case acceptance conversations, follow up on unscheduled treatment, and assist the Office Manager with daily workflows.
What You'll Do
- Present and follow up on treatment plans with empathy and confidence
- Track and report case acceptance metrics
- Handle patient concerns, post-treatment check-ins, and referral requests
- Support new patient onboarding and front desk operations
- Step in where needed across a multi-location team
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years dental front office experience (treatment coordinator or lead)
- Strong case presentation and closing skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
