Full Stack Developer

Client is looking for 2-3 Full Stack Developers for a state project. If awarded, this will be for 2 years (possible 1-3 year extension).

Duration: 2 years

Start: January 2027

Location: Sacramento, CA Hybrid 2-3 days onsite (client may require full time onsite in the future)

CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO SACRAMENTO,CA OR WILLING RELOCATE. LINKEDIN IS MUST.

Must Haves (no exceptions)

• 8+ years in the last 10 building web applications in .NET/ASP.NET, MVC, C#, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and XML, including building unit and integration testing utilities
• 8+ years in the last 10 developing on SQL Server: data models, complex SQL, and stored procedures
• 5+ years in the last 10 of test automation with large organizations, covering all of these:
  • Automating manual test cases
  • Building shared test-step libraries
  • Building tools to spread automated testing across an organization
  • Promoting regression automation across teams
  • Scripting in Java, Python, or shell
  • Shortening regression testing windows
  • Improving test coverage
• 5+ years setting up test harnesses, environments, test data, and test cases
• 5+ years writing test documentation: requirements, architecture, plans and strategy, specifications, and configurations
• 3+ years of SQL data manipulation, reporting, and validation
• 5+ years with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, HP ALM, or JAMA
• 5+ years turning requirements into test requirements and test cases
• 5+ years analyzing test results, writing test scripts, and finding defects
• 3+ years of requirements elicitation: use cases, business rules, and functional and nonfunctional requirements
