Recruiting Talent & Payroll Processing

• Coordinate recruitment efforts by reviewing resumes and conducting phone screenings to identify top candidates for Insurance Agent roles
• Schedule interviews and serve as a professional first point of contact for applicants
• Collect, review, and verify team member timesheets, hours worked, overtime, commissions, and bonuses across weekly and monthly cycles for 200+ Team Members
• Support onboarding, new hire paperwork, and orientation processes
• Maintain payroll record and assist with payroll reporting and processing
• Communicate payroll-related information professionally and confidentially

Human Resources Support

• Assist with daily HR administrative functions and provide employee support

• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation

• Track employee training, certifications, and compliance requirements

• Respond to routine employee inquiries and direct concerns appropriately

Administrative & Customer Service Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls with a courteous, professional manner

• Welcome employees, customers, and visitors to maintain a positive office environment

• Manage office supplies and support general clerical duties

• Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers and employees

Qualifications & Performance Expectations

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred

• Minimum 1 year of payroll processing experience, high volume preferred

• Minimum 1 year of administrative, HR experience preferred

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a commitment to accuracy
