Lead Processor

Job Description:

• Support activities across the Special Products and Land Transaction teams, including assumptions, partial releases, and other land transactions
• Serve as the team resource and subject matter expert
• Answer questions and create resolutions using experience, best practices, and sound judgment
• Prepare, review, and complete loan files
• Research and remediate exceptions
• Work with spreadsheets and reconciliations
• Coordinate with clients, customers, departments, and external parties to complete transactions
• Assess processes and recommend improvements
• Work with vendors to monitor activity and conduct research
• Prepare procedures and job aids as needed
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating team activities
• Troubleshoot and guide others on complex problems and identify solutions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of directly related mortgage loan document and mortgage loan transactional experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet critical deadlines
• Effective communication with internal and external customers, peers, and management
• Strong critical thinking
• Self-driven and able to work without a high degree of supervision
• Ability to work with efficiency and accuracy
