Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise storage systems and infrastructure
- Monitor storage performance, capacity, and availability to ensure optimal uptime
- Manage SAN, NAS, and object storage environments across on-premises and cloud platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related incidents and performance bottlenecks
- Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to support storage needs for new and existing applications
- Develop and maintain documentation for storage architecture, configurations, and procedures
- Implement data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in storage engineering or a related IT infrastructure role
- Hands-on experience with SAN/NAS technologies (Dell EMC, NetApp, Pure Storage, or similar)
- Proficiency with storage protocols including iSCSI, Fibre Channel, and NFS/CIFS
- Experience with cloud storage solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus
- Strong understanding of data backup, replication, and disaster recovery concepts
- Relevant certifications (e.g., EMC Proven Professional, NetApp NCDA) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
