Machine Operator - No Experience Required | Paid Training | Career Growth

Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required. If you have a strong work ethic, good attendance, and a willingness to learn, we'll train you.
What You'll Do
- Operate production equipment used to manufacture specialty printing products
- Measure, weigh, and mix materials according to production specifications
- Monitor machine performance and product quality
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Perform basic machine setup, cleaning, and preventative maintenance
- Use measuring tools to verify product specifications
- Assist with packaging, inspection, assembly, and general production duties
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, production, or machine operation experience is a plus
- Entry-level candidates with strong work history and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift

Schedule
1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Occasional early-outs and overtime opportunities available.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NEWPORT NEWS, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.44 - $17.44/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
