Our client company is a global manufacturer of specialty chemicals and performance materials used across multiple industries. They have over 30 manufacturing plants worldwide and are currently seeking a Production Manager for one of their chemical manufacturing plants located in Eugene, Oregon. This person will oversee and lead all activities associated with the production effort including EH&S compliance, hiring/training/development of operations personnel, directing the production workforce, maintaining raw material and finished goods inventories, and optimization of processes in a 30-person, 24/7 manufacturing plant. This is a growth opportunity with a clear path to plant management.

Salary Range: $135,000 - $160,000 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision

This position requires a bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering experience. It also requires a minimum of 4 years of post-graduate, hands-on chemical manufacturing experience in a supervisory role. Experience with batch and/or continuous processes required. Must have experience working in a PSM-regulated facility.
