Import Logistics Coordinator

Major wholesale distribution company seeks an Import Logistics/Traffic Coordinator to join their team! Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Import Logistics/Traffic Coordinator Schedule and monitor all inbound shipments according to PO timelines and department guidelines. Track and document vessel schedules, transit times, and delays. Ensure proper communication of shipment statuses to internal teams. Manage exceptions related to routing, schedule changes, or carrier adjustments. Confirm container pickup. Support ISF and Customs documentation timelines. Maintain shipment data in internal logistics systems. Escalate transit delays, missed cutoffs, or vendor non‑compliance to management. Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in logistics, scheduling, or supply chain coordination; proficiency in MS Excel and Word; familiarity with the QuestaWeb platform.
