Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – AI Academy (AI Adoption & Awareness) to lead enterprise-wide AI adoption, awareness, and learning initiatives.

This role focuses on AI program management, enterprise learning, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change management. The successful candidate will oversee AI Academy programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive AI awareness initiatives, and support the organization's AI enablement strategy.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management and communication skills with a working understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and enterprise digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Initiative Management

• Lead end-to-end AI Academy initiatives focused on AI adoption, awareness, and employee learning.

• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.

• Coordinate activities across multiple business units, teams, and geographic locations.

• Track deliverables, monitor progress, and provide regular program updates to stakeholders.

AI Adoption & Enterprise Learning

• Develop and execute AI awareness programs for business and technical teams.

• Coordinate AI learning journeys, workshops, seminars, training sessions, and internal awareness campaigns.

• Partner with AI, data science, and IT leaders to translate technical concepts into business-friendly messaging.

• Align AI enablement initiatives with enterprise AI strategy, governance standards, and business objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

• Serve as a liaison between business leaders, AI practitioners, technology teams, and external partners.

• Develop executive presentations, dashboards, training materials, and program communications.

• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and leadership reviews.

• Support organizational readiness, employee engagement, and change management initiatives related to AI adoption.

Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain program governance, reporting schedules, metrics, and documentation.

• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and AI adoption outcomes.

• Support responsible AI practices and compliance with enterprise AI governance frameworks.

• Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 10+ years of experience in program management, enterprise learning, change management, or related initiatives.

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including executive presentations and training materials.

• Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and machine learning concepts.

• Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, workflows, and business outcomes.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and engaging senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise AI adoption, awareness, learning, or upskilling programs.

• Experience developing technical or semi-technical training and communication materials.

• Familiarity with program metrics, reporting dashboards, and Power BI.

• Experience supporting organizational change management and digital transformation initiatives.

• Experience working in large, cross-functional enterprise environments.
