Position Overview

Support Service Program through financial reporting, SQL-based data analysis, financial data modeling, and quality validation for Financial and Accounting Shared Services (FASS).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries, data extracts, and financial reporting datasets.
• Analyze financial data to support customer billing, cost analysis, and recurring reports.
• Build dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools.
• Perform data quality checks, investigate discrepancies, and validate financial reporting outputs.
• Maintain technical documentation, audit support materials, and repeatable reporting procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information management, IT, computer science, data analytics, or a related field.
• 3 6 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, SQL development, audit support, or analytical work.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with data extraction, transformation, and financial data modeling.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable visualization tools.
• Experience with financial data validation, quality assurance, and advanced Excel.
• Experience in activity-based cost modeling and cost-model development.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and meet applicable Government background investigation and system-access requirements.

Preferred: Master's degree in data analytics, finance, or public policy; federal financial management, FASS, customer billing, cost allocation, or federal financial systems experience.
