We're Hiring: System Analyst 6
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team in a hybrid environment!
Location: Lansing, MI (Candidates must be local or within 90 miles)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days on-site: Wednesdays & Thursdays required)
Interview Process: 1-round virtual MS Teams interview with video and screen sharing
Key Requirements & Skills
- 14+ Years of overall IT/System Analysis experience
- 5+ Years of strong proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or related field
Core Responsibilities
- Business & Systems Analysis: Analyze user requirements, evaluate existing processes, and perform cost/benefit analyses.
- Documentation & Specifications: Write detailed functional requirements, technical specifications, workflows, and process diagrams.
- System Design & Support: Assist with application design, system integration, security processes, and post-implementation support.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work independently and cooperatively with cross-functional teams, programmers, and management.
